With another financial year over, it’s now time for you to start collating the relevant information we will need in order to prepare your annual accounts and tax returns for the 2025 financial year.
We have prepared our 2025 end-of-year questionnaires for you to fill in to help you collate this information. The questionnaires can be printed & filled in using a pen, or they can downloaded as a PDF to be filled in using a PDF editor on a computer or tablet. We currently do not have the functionality for you to fill in an online form.
Please click the links below to download the relevant questionnaire(s) for each of your entities and fill out what you can.
- Business Questionnaire for each business entity where PKF Hamilton prepares annual financial accounts and/or an annual tax return.
- Individual Questionnaire for each individual where PKF Hamilton prepares an annual tax return.
- Rental Questionnaire for each rental property you own (including residential, commercial, mixed-use assets & short-term accommodation e.g. AirBnB).
- Farming Questionnaire if you are a farmer.
The completed questionnaires can be:
- emailed to office@pkfh.co.nz, or
- uploaded to your Xero software in ‘Files’ (please also email us to let us know you have uploaded to Files), or
